Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our boutique clinic by the beach. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients of all ages to help them recover from injuries of about the upper extremity.

Duties:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate disorders of the upper extremity
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' motor skills, coordination, and sensory processing
- Teach patients adaptive techniques to enhance their ability to perform daily activities
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Monitor and document patients' progress throughout the treatment process

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's, Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid state license or certification as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience working patients in an out patient hand therapy clinic (CHT preferred.)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- In-depth understanding soft tissue modification techniques and therapeutic exercises.
