Hand Therapist (OT) – Per Diem (Torrance, CA)
Therapist-owned hand therapy clinic in Torrance seeking a per diem Occupational Therapist with hand therapy experience. Flexible schedule (prefer minimum 10 hours/week).
Patient population is primarily rheumatological with some orthopedic cases. All sessions are one-on-one (no double booking), with 30–40 minute treatments and 1-hour evaluations. Strong focus on occupation-based treatment and patient education (including joint protection).
Ideal candidate is kind, patient, and values evidence-based, individualized care.
Position starts per diem with potential to grow into full-time, including mentorship opportunities if desired.
Qualifications:
Licensed OT
Hand therapy experience required (minimum Level II fieldwork), Advanced Practice in PAM and HTC a plus
CHT preferred.
